Role clarity: controller vs processor
- Controller: Lean-k for business operations and direct data collection.
- Processor: Customer-controlled data within customer tenants.
AI features and model training
AI Outputs may be inaccurate. Unless explicitly opted-in, Customer Content is not used to train foundation models serving other customers.

We use cookies for authentication, security, analytics, and marketing. Users can manage cookies via browser settings.
Disclosures and international transfers
We may share data with service providers, affiliates, regulators, or your organization. International transfers are protected via safeguards like encryption and contractual terms.
